morning all +post update

good morning! how's your day been so far? i would love to chat with you

update about my posts: because I still have some poems that I haven't shared, I'm going to start posting one in the morning and one at night until I run out then I'll go back to doing only a morning one. here's today's morning poem, I wrote this one 9 days ago and I'll share the part two tonight.

nihilist

i'm tired.

tired of living

tired of loving

tired of hurting

tired of being tired

the only thing that reminds me

i'm still here

the cold blood

escaping my wrists;

the burn,

why can't my body just

give up

like i did

this constant clash

keeps me wondering

if i should end it all but

did you ever think that

i'm tired

of wanting to die

I like this one because it is so easy for anyone to understand and therefore relate to.

lemme just say - that speaks...

speaks to me.

speaks my pain

speaks my thoughts

speaks my fatigue

speaks my fear

speaks of me

except for the wrists...

tho that speaks too

speaks metaphorically...

better things than wrists...

my brain hurts...

from all the speaking...

all the thinking...

all the obsessing...

i just want the tired gone...

the speaking gone...

the obsessing gone...

yawn....
