I hope you all find a friend to support you in your darkest days. I got the courage to tell a friend I’m simply not ok. That I haven’t been ok and that it’s become debilitating. I’m lucky she understood I’ve been distant not because I didn’t care for her but because I just couldn’t deal with myself. And with no “quick fix advice”, no shaming, no minimizing, she simply said she was there for me. I really hope and pray you all have that friend. And if you don’t, we are all here for you on this group. We’re here for you, too.
