I feel like a disappointment to my family, being the oldest is so pressuring, and I really can’t do it anymore .. if feel useless

Yeah I think that that is something we all feel at times. I think there's a lot of expectations that we have on ourselves that may not be reality.You have a perfect everybody does looking on kind of finding out who you are and what you were born to do I think is a big piece of the puzzle. And one of the biggest ways to find that out is to develop strong healthy connections with others.

I am the second oldest and also feel the pressure. There's this unspoken pressure to succeed and set the example, of being a role model and meeting expectations. But you have to remember that your life is yours and you should not feel obligated to act in ways that make others feel okay about themselves because they impose their goals onto you.
