I have got insomnia can’t sleep from many nights I have got anxiety felling depressed all the time felling helpless

Hi and welcome! I'm sorry about your sleep issues. I have some too and they are beyond awful. Have you mentioned this to your doctor? Not sleeping makes everything that much worse.

Hi Estender, I am so sorry to hear about your insomnia. Have you tried taking melatonin tablets or a magnesium solution before bed? I have found both of these help me fall asleep, especially when I am feeling anxious. If you do choose to take one, I would be sure to consult with a doctor first. Hope this helps, mimi x

Melatonin can make depression worse, it did mine.

Hi Mimi Thank for reply I tried ported well ness night sense vegan capsules First few days I fall asleep but now some days these capsules not work I awake all night if my close with sleep but my mind still awake all the night and negitive thoughts come and go in my mind IAM frustred now

Insomnia is the worst, it totally debilitates you! I completely understand.

If you have access to a psych or a doctor, don’t be ashamed to talk about your insomnia. There are lots of medication options, as well as cognitive behavioral therapy with focus on insomnia (which is allegedly more effective than anything, though it involves more personal introspection which is always hard). You may even qualify for a sleep study.

I hope you are able to get some rest. Insomnia makes depression and other mental health issues 10000% worse. Be gentle with yourself.

Hi every one Iam felling much better since going for walk can any one tell me how I can be strong because I think negative thoughts if I have any problems my heart beat races but insomina problem is much better after walk and u guys kind words help me thank u all
