EzlynnO, may I ask: do you experience anxiety as well? Do you think you become depressed at the prospect of facing another day full of anxiety symptoms? This is what I call Secondary Depression. Or is it depression pure and simple?

May I also ask: are you depressed about a particular situation in your life? So once that cause is addressed you will regain your quiet mind. Or is it for no reason at all, in which case it may be an imbalance of certain hormones?

These I suggest are the questions you must seek to answer before drawing up a road plan for recovery. There are many paths that lead to relief from depression.

Believe me, you will not feel like this forever. The dark mist of depression will depart, but you must help it on its way. To do this you need understanding which will bring an end to bewilderment. Knowledge brings power that you can use to enter the sunlit uplands once more.

All that I know about dizlexia is that some people find that looking through pink coloured lenses in glasses makes words easier to read. Have you heard of this?
