Does this sound about right?

I’m just under 2weeks of starting a 5mg dose of e citalipram and have had such excessive sweating and been so bloody tired and a really sore back, sorer than normal and even with wearing a 25mg pain patch for this, I think these are all normal side effects for this tablet though, does anybody know? But I actually feel half human and slightly happy and settled again even though I haven’t been on it for long and it’s only a 5mg dose with a view to go up the dose, I’d just love this sweating to stop, I’m bloody dripping 😆
