Betterhelp

Has anyone tried Betterhelp? I’ve tied NHS therapy many many times and I’ve done private therapy on a video call but I struggle with face to face. Was wondering if Betterhelp was worth a try? X

Hi BigCat47, I can't say anything about the therapy they propose to have, however

while scrolling through YouTube yesterday, I came upon a perfect video.

I'm always looking for something that I can share with others. This was by far the best

video on Anxiety & Panic. It's a short straight to the point video that can be very

helpful.

The video to choose has a picture of the muscles of the back as well as the

side of a face. (if that makes sense)

I know you weren't asking about this. But let me know if you do check out the

therapy sessions they have. I've never seen this site before. Thanks for bringing

up Betterhelp. Wish you well xx

I’ve heard mixed reviews. Personally, I didn’t like it and got my money back 😂

Even though they act like it’s more of a messaging system they really push the video calls, and that isn’t made clear until you pay. And imo it’s too expensive

Thank you! I like the idea of the messaging but it does look pretty expensive! I wish there was a cheaper site that did messaging x
