Hi all, I was up most of the night ruminating on how I couldn’t get back to sleep...a typical pattern that I’ve struggled with for years. Usually I’ll have several nights in a row (then hopefully something gives and I sleep more, exhaustion...) where I wake up after a few hours and then I am up the rest of the night, and it gets more and more difficult to keep my head on straight. I’ve tried strategies like journaling, guided meditations, reading, etc... Trying to avoid meds particularly because I’m 4 months postpartum w my first child and am breastfeeding. Wondering if anyone has resources or strategies that they’d recommend??

Try sitting on the edge of the bed for ten mins or so before going back between the sheets it works well for me
