Thankyou. Yes it's one side and it keeps coming and going. I'm not sure if I pulled something while at work or what. It doesn't get worse it's just like a spasm or something that comes and goes.
No I'm not in therapy.
I just don't have insurance to afford therapy. 😞
I'm in the USA, and no my job doesn't offer insurance sadly. I appreciate your kindness x
Hi LeoAnon. Have you tried taking any pain medication for your side? My leg was hurting today and I decided to put a Salonpa on it and it’s been helping a lot.
