Como se va mon ami. Yes It's Shnookie Love this philosphy. Some days I think I've already mentioned here, I wake up blah, can't move but I get on my disco music on my iphone and

either dance in my bed or dance around the house. There's a Spanish word ganas fire in the belly that I try to use as one of my mantras. Even if I don't have the mojo for a day or two I push myself to get going again. Visualization of whatever one likes to do etc. deep breathing also helps Right now I'm drinking my Ensure protein drink and then on to my next
