Where can I find online zoom meetings for anxiety?

Other than a Google search, I don't know. I am also interested in that.

In the meantime, I recommend YouTube. There are lots of great videos with tips and information.

Then click on the 3 bar menu in the top right hand corner. Go to Support and Education and click on it.

Then scroll down a little and you'll see support groups, click on it and then there will be links to different types of support groups.

Haven't personally used these support groups yet but my therapist suggested them to me.
