Does this sound like sertraline withdrawal

So I only took sertraline about 10 weeks, started on 50mgs and went up to 100mgs for about a month but had to wean back down and then off as it wasn’t working out for me. I halved the dose then ended up taking 25mgs for the last week. My doctor said I could just stop taking it so on Friday was the first day sertraline free.

This is the 5th day of no sertraline and yesterday afternoon I started to feel strange, very sleepy, dizzy when I move suddenly and sort of spaced out. Kind of like the symptoms I experienced when first starting this drug.

I’m just wandering is this probably linked to the sertraline and how long can it take for this to go away?
