My poor scalp ☹️

I have been picking at my scalp for many years now, but I’ve only become aware of it in the last 3 years or so. I feel obsessed with it, like I have to keep doing it if I can. I get my nails done to help prevent picking, since acrylics are thick and too bulky to pick successfully. However, I haven’t had the time lately to go they them done. I’m wondering how others cope with this?
