I am new. I currently take part in group therapy for anxiety but they’ve recently notified us that our group is meant to be a skill building group and we are meant to graduate from it at some point, they have a long wait list for the group and so they’re trying to get us ready for discharge. One thing I’d like to have in place before discharge is a good support group and so I am searching for online communities now that will fill that need. This group looks like it has a lot of engagement so I am hoping this will be the group for me.
