I know it's hard. When we are depressed, nothing seems worth doing. But that's a dangerous trap. Don't fall for that. Set some attainable goals for you both in the short term and long term. It doesn't matter how minimal they are, stick to them and check each one of them. I know that it might seem stupid, but this can give you a sense of achievement. Don't expect others to serve you. Looking for help while you are down is healthy and necessary. But burdening other people with your lack of willingness is unacceptable. Feel free to send me messages if you want to discuss it.
