It’s been awhile since I’ve made a post. My hospital job has kept me super busy. I’m honestly surprised at how well I’m managing my anxiety with all the craziness going on right now. I still have a few days every month where it acts up, but other than that I’ve been feeling pretty great. I’ve been going to therapy for awhile now and I’ve been taking my buspar three times a day, so I’m sure the combination of the two has helped me out tremendously.
