Well don't do it! Grab a red sharpie or something and color where you would normally cut. It might help seeing the red. I was there not too long ago.

You don’t need to do that! Draw something pretty on your arm, go for a walk to clear your mind and get you away from sharp objects. I hope your urges ease

No stop!!!! I wouldn't do anything to your arm. Look, this is a bad way to cope with anxiety. Why dont you try going for a long walk, or listen to some music you like and take deep breaths. Or write your feelings out in a journal. This feeling will pass and you'll be glad you didn't do it.

The emotions are strong. I understand that. Run outside. Go. And keep on running. Get your head out of your emotions. Thoughts, Hormones, and emotions drive us to di things. Get your head out of your emotions! Leave the house! And do other stuff until the thoughts and urges leaves you. It's possible to stop.

Are you ok now. I don't want to see anyone hurt themselves physically because of the lies in their head. You can talk to me anytime you need. When I get overwhelmed I smoke ganja and meditate or hike.

First it’s good you are communicating your pain that’s a bold step. Any triggers to that feeling? What has worked before to help you express in a more positive way as opposed to harming yourself?
