Nice post. For me really, about the past 3 years have been very rough for me. I've split up with someone I was with for 20 years, I lost my apartment and 2 months later lost my car in a bad car accident, and I was close to homeless for over a year, living in lousy room and board places. Now I'm back living with my parents, but I have lost so much. I try to tell myself someday things will get better for me, that this too shall pass, but I feel like I'm barely surviving and I don't know how to rise above it. The rain just won't stop. Didn't mean to go on and on, but thank you for listening.
