Why do I struggle to take a PRN medication? Here I am having anxiety with a medication available to take yet I don’t want to.
I think even though I own having the anxiety I don’t want to feel like it’s that bad that I have to treat it with a medication? Does anyone else have this stigma? I think some of it is working in healthcare. Some of it I embarrassed and don’t want my spouse to know I’m struggling that much. How does everyone else do it?

The best way to get over that "stigma" is to help educate the ignorant. And I don't mean stupid, I mean people that just don't understand mental disabilities. I don't care what people think. You have absolutely NOTHING to be embarrassed about. And if someone makes you feel that way, they need to be educated and shame on them!
