Does Anyone on here Struggle with Social Anxiety Disorder?

I used to struggle like that for me it changed through my work my confidence in that respect really grew and i dont struggle with that anymore, i dont know if you work or even if that would make a difference for you, but i would strongly suggest in this instance face your fears all the time as much as you can because believe me it will help good luck😊

Truthfully, I take it day by day. Something that helped yesterday may not help tomorrow. Unfortunately it's a daily struggle for me. I try to keep my feelings covered up so I don't make myself look stupid and get through whatever it is as much as possible hoping I don't crack.

I struggle with social anxiety but I push myself into those social situations in order for me to get comfortable and used to them.
