yes, i was told that the reason why i have anxiety is because i am not presently living in the moment. im in the past or future not in the present

My son who died was my past present and future...... I don't trust most people anymore because of their comments platitudes and attitudes towards me and my trauma.....yea definitely people cause my anxiety......i feel fine when I shut off my phone and don't answer my door..LOL

I totally get feeling completely fine with shutting off the phone and not answering the door hahaha (currently me)
