Everyday I feel like I’m losing a piece of myself. Being in a relationship that I know isn’t good for me. She doesn’t treat me bad it’s the things she does behind my back. I’ve said it before I’m losing hope in living. Today I was with my kids we played we laughed I felt alive but when it was done and my kids were tired the feeling came back. I’m so close to losing my mind I can feel it. Everyday it gets worse it’s hard for to not to show it. I’m a coward for not looking for help. But it’s not like I haven’t tried I just don’t have the money to talk to a professional and my family doesn’t want to hear me cry anymore. I can’t remember the last time I was genuinely happy with my life.

Please take advantage of the phone help lines set up by governments to help with mental health issues during Covid-19. If you can be brave and make that first call, you will be better able to cope and receive the support you need.
I am sorry that you are going through such a challenging time. We understand. We really do. And I can't imagine anyone thinking that you are a coward. Depression lies to us and tells us terrible things about ourselves.

Sorry you’re feeling this way but have you talked to your significant other about the way you’re feeling? I tried therapy but it didn’t work out for me because I couldn’t find the right one for me but I have been reading self help books and they have helped me quite a bit. I’ve been going through a super tough time these past few months. You’re not a coward! Don’t give up ❤️
