Are you in the UK?

If so, you need to look up Mental Health Mates - they have groups across the UK and organise walks but since Lockdown they have moved online and have Zoom ‘walks’ instead of real life ones.

Try supportgroupscentral. They have groups most days, but you usually need to sign up a few days in advance.
