Health anxiety and a hernia

Hi. I have a great deal of health anxiety and GAD to begin with. But it has gotten worse with our current virus, and now my hernia is acting up. I feel sick to my stomach and have pain in a few areas. if things get any worse, I will probably go to the emergency room. It is most frustrating for me, but I guess that is what happens in 2020.

Anyone dealing with similar or have anything to say? I would sure appreciate it.
