I experience the same thing, the constant worry. Self-talk helps sometimes to help me not worry as much.

Remind yourself that it's going to okay,

If you can, try writing or even typing out whats going on inside your mind (Even if it doesn't make sense) write till you've ran out of things to write. Sometimes it helps to see what you are thinking, Rather then trying to figure it all out inside your mind.

Try listening to come calm music and breath e- take deep breaths and tell yourself is going to be okay - say it out loud if you have to.

If the thoughts are harsh and destructive - try reading some positive quotes or anything that you can focus on that will enforce some positiveness in your head.

Remind yourself that you can't control everything and that is okay. -Worrying is like a rocking chair, It will give you something to do, but don't get you anywhere

Your not going crazy, You are not alone.

Hope some of these helps you in some kind of way! and that tomorrow you have a better day :)

It's ok. Me too. I'm starting to have interesting dreams, which means at least I sleep sometimes. I would suggest no alcohol or any substances as that can mess with your mind. If you're a coronavirus lockdown news junkie, ask yourself if you're a little too into it and find some other interests. I've discovered the Audobaun Society. Download some games. Anything. Even our scientific community racing to find a cure takes a break. So should we.

I have been a constant worrier my whole adult life.

Therapy has helped somewhat.

One thing I found that helps is to take care of the things I CAN change!

I'm not gonna tell you that new stuff doesn't pop up after that.

But know that you are not alone in this struggle! We are here for you and each other.

Take care and come back as often as you need. Someone will be here.

Hugs,

MJ

I automatically worry about the worst case scenario even though I tell myself and know it is not realistic.

For example if my wife doesn’t answer the phone I think she’s fallen down and hurt herself or is lying dead in bed.

My daughter was having a C section and I thought she was probably bleeding to death.

Therein lies the heart of anxiety.
