Hi,

I have been struggling with blood sugar problems, from high (9.11) to low (3.2). I have an erratic pulse. I have slightly low blood pressure. I also get heart Palpitations which give me the shakes. I sometimes get the shakes with the diabetes or Hyperglycaemia or Hypoglycaemia whatever it is symptoms . I get a burning sensation going through my arms, stomach and throat. I always feel out of breath, too hot or too cold ie whole body, sweaty clammy hands and feet etc. Though I’ve always had a sensitivity to the cold. I sometimes get tingling lips and dizzy spells, increased thirst at night and urination all the time, but worse on periods. My hormones are bad, I always get bad periods.

I have no appetite most of the time, apart from late evenings,

which led me to think it could be Addison's disease. I have Rhinitis and had hives two years ago, found out this could be related to Addisons. I get dark skin in the winter and pale skin in the summer. l’ve had all the tests and they all come back normal. Though the test I had for Addisons had bubbles in the blood, but they said they spin it so wouldn’t be a problem. Also there’s rare cases where it doesn’t always show, so there’s other tests I can have. I have anxiety, depression and OCD. And have been told it’s psychological, but I’m confused, because I feel my mental health was way better before this all started two years ago. I would appreciate some feedback on this and if anyone else has been going through the same thing.

Thank you. 😊

I have the same things happen. I hate my fluctuating pulse the most. At times I’ll be sitting fine and other times it’ll be cruising in the 90s and go into the 100+ range if I move around or get anxious. I’m still marking off all the things it could be . One thing you should check is your hormones through your thyroid, adrenals, and pituitary gland. They regulate everything from body temp to heart rate to how anxious or depressed or panicked you are. I’m getting mine checked this week and maybe it’d be good to get yours . Just to be safe or peace of mind. I have an OCD where I believe my symptoms are a byproduct of an underlying condition so I’m going through everything I can to find out if it’s purely psychological or there is something out of my control happening to make me like this . But know there’s others going through it as well with you! Hope it gets better !

Hi, it’s good to know I’m not the only one out there there is hope 🙏🏻 I have been referred to a hormone specialist, I will definitely talk to my dr about getting that test your having, I hope you find an answer soon and make a speedy recovery, take care all the best. 😊
