I've been feeling like this. I rang the doctors and even tho they couldn't see me due to lockdown they rang me back and I'm starting antidepressants. Meditation is helping me also and trying to keep busy. Try to stay strong xx
It really is hard to come out of it..I can relate to you. Some mindfulness techniques I’m reading and trying are helping me a bit. :: Look out the window and observe what you see, Smell an orange,lemon ( pay attention to how it smells and try to describe it) . Also you can Name 5 things you see, Touch 4 things around you that are close to you , what 3 things do you smell? what 2 things do you hear?what 1 thing do you taste? By doing these things it calms you down and brings you to the present. Hope any of this helps....
Logging on to this place seems to be a good start. It is so reassuring tome to see there are so many out tgere in the same boatcas me and as long as we can connect on line we are not alone.

Hi there, I'm so sorry you are having a hard time with depression! Some things that have helped many are the following: Taking magnesium calms the mind body and spirit and we need it daily, sometimes extra in stress periods. Also, ginseng is great to get rid of sticky negative thoughts that loop. Getting out in sun gives us the vit. D to enhance our mood.
