True heroism is remarkably sober, very undramatic. It is not the urge to surpass all others at whatever cost, but the urge to serve others, at whatever cost.

Our healthcare frontline workers are my heroes....the unconditional love of saving lives. There really are no words....except....'thank you for your service'.
For all those that are so into their own isolation wows, and yes our mental health issues, even though many of us really are not doing anything different who are already and always have been social distancing and isolated in our homes because of our social anxiety and agoraphobias...Just imagine living one day, one hour, or one minute of your life doing what these people are doing every day to save us, heal us....and to be with us... sadly,... during those last moments.... that's when I stop thinking about my own problems and am grateful for all of them....
yes. turning our focus outward. hoping for today’s hero’s all the best. recognizing what hero’s look like. farmers, grocers, toilet paper manufacturers, truck drivers, people working too long or too hard for too little compensation. Even the small business owner willing to close his doors at the risk of loosing everything.
