sick and frustrated

so I decided because I have a compromised immune system and asthma to quarantine myself for 2 weeks.

I have not been feeling well so I have limited my contact with my family to next to none and only get up at night when people are in bed so I’m not near them.

My boyfriend still got his leave time but cannot leave the local area. So he has the whole week off.

I’ve been miserable just not feeling the best and not being able to go anywhere , including work.

While we usually call at night, we now could anytime of the day. However , he doesn’t call me. Then when the time around when he knows I’d want to call comes he always ends up playing Xbox with his friends for HOURS. The last 2-3 nights he didn’t call me till almost 3 AM. Which especially when sick, time is just slow and miserable.

So tonight I said I’m tired and want to rest but if I fall asleep I know I’ll be out for the night. And he said okay I’m sorry. And then just when I think we are about to call, a situation starts happening in the barracks he lives in.

I’m just frustrated that out of all the hours of the day , he HAS to play video games and talk to his friends when he knows i want to call. And especially because he was supposed to be home this week I miss him even more and he’s my best friend so really the only socialization I have.

I’m just really frustrated.
