Evening all, just woke up suddenly and the anxiety has just kicked in, so instead of laying in bed and letting it get worse I’ve got up gone downstairs and put the tv on, usually after about 30 minutes it drifts away and I will go back to bed,
This unfortunately for me is a normal event it will leave me feeling tired for the rest of the day. I have to be up for work at 6am, I think I’ve had this Coronavirus pandemic on my mind and it’s triggered it off,
If anyone wants a chat I will be here for a while
