I don’t know why lately my anxiety has been triggering so easily lately. I couldn’t sleep till 4am and it really took a toll on my emotions and my body. I have to get ready for work now even though I am extremely exhausted. I wish I could find a new way of calming myself without the help of another.

Hi i am sorry you are going through this i am going through the same thing where i have anxiety all the time for no reason the first thing you have to do is accept that you are anxious and try to relax go to your bed or couch and lay there with your eyes closed find some relaxing music they have lots of anxiety relief videos on you tube and just lay there listen to the music with your eyes closed and wait for the anxiety to pass don't freak out or it will get worse you have to just let the anxiety run its course i know it isnt easy at all but thats all you can do. At times it will feel like its not going away but the more you relax the quicker it will go. I am telling you these things cause its what i do but it dont always work for everyone but it dont hurt to try and also take long slow breathes that calms your mind down.
Are you able to video conference or do tele-therapy with a therapist during this time? My son has extreme anxiety (he rages when stressed) and we are able to set up a session with his therapist with the great technology now available. Praying you are able to find peace in this stressful time!

Not sleeping makes everything worse. Hope you are feeling better. There is a lot in general to be anxious about plus each of our personal dilemmas. Sometimes I have to tell myself not to think.
