hi its great that your helping others but please don't forget yourself.without caring for yourself its hard to care for others needs.

I appreciate your good heart, but as my therapist would say "Listen to your body", think of it like a car, it needs water, oil, well aired tire's and rest, so do you. In the past I have pushed myself too hard and paid a price for it. Now I am too old to be of much help to anyone else (nearly 78), but I do emails and am willing to do phone talk.....Take good care of yourself first, so you can be of help 2nd......Sending strength, peace, love n hugs.....Sprinkle 1.....
