hi sorry if I feels to much for you take in small snippets of information each day say a set time early evening in between try your best to do things you enjoy even if it is at home.
I understand, these are difficult times. It’s hard not to focus on all of the sudden changes in our environment when everything in our life seems out of balance. Focus on the positives and try to put time limits on your news/social media. Try retreading one of your favorite books, or play a couple games of solitaire with real cards if you have them. Light a candle/take a bath. Cook a favorite recipe. Turn on some flamenco instrumental music(check YouTube) it has a chipper beat to it Go for a walk in nature. Call your friends/family 💗
We will get through these hard times. Some times will be more difficult than others but we will make it through.
