Taken off meds

I recently had to go to the hospital because I had a dangerously low blood pressure. I had been asking to be taken off my blood pressure for months. The hospital doc took me off that plus all my psych meds, my Tizanadine (I am severely disabled and take no opioids). I felt he didn't know my trauma and what I have been through. I am trying to get back to see my psych doc that had left my clinic so I hadn't been able to see her. Since going through this and being non medicated I feel like I need to drink wine. I know it's messed up. I'm lost. I don't know how to turn things around. This has been going on for about 2 weeks or so.

Hi Dawn. Hang in there. You probably know that drinking wine is not a good idea.

Keep trying to get to the right doctor who will prescribe you the meds you need.

Since we all can't socialize now, write in this forum everyday as a way to stay connected. If possible skype with some friends or family.

I'll be thinking of you and hoping for the best. I've started praying lately and I will also pray that your situation works out sooner than later.
