So you would agree that it's unfair to say "no help here " - unless you mean where you live and not on this forum?

There are many genuine, caring people on here. All help is given voluntarily. Sometimes people may not be able to come on here for a while, may have domestic commitments or be too unwell.

If you write your own post you are more likely to get replies than you will by replying to someone else's post.

My point was that - more people would see your post if you wrote it as a new personal post & you would probably get more replies.
