Can a change in Sam-E brand cause you to feel funny?

Yesterday, I started a different brand of Sam-E, but same dosage. Yesterday afternoon, all of a sudden while I was doing my normal treadmill routine, I felt off, like I was going to fall over and had to grab the sides and stop. Since then I still have felt off like that, very tired and head congestion (which I get a lot). Could the switch in brands cause this?

Definitely. Supplements aren't regulated, so different brands could be putting different amounts of active chemical in each capsule, despite what their packaging says. Or, the chemical could be impure, or of poorer quality. Also, different brands might use different fillers, and you could be reacting to that. Compare the labels of both brands, see if anything is different.
