Hi I’m new here m,

I been struggling with anxiety for quite a long time now, everything Got worse when I broke my ankle back in 2018 I was with crutches & a hard cast on my foot for over 6 months.

After that my anxiety got worse, also lately I been having some suicidal toughs at the beginning I use to be so scared but now I kind try to change those bad thoughts.

I’m here to get some support is 4:16am and I can’t sleep it’s been a kind difficult week everyday I try to go to bed around 11pm supposed to woke up at 6am or 7am and lately I been waking up 5am 3:30am, I haven’t been feeling my self.

My doctor told me I have to loose weight and to try start walking 30 minutes a days 5 days in a week also to start eating healthier it to start meditating. I will try to start maybe today or tomorrow still don’t know.

I’m so glad I found this page because that way I’m able to let my thoughts and knowing someone will actually read trough it.

Welcome, it’s very nice having you here, and I’m beyond glad that you want to improve!! It’s such a huge step into the right direction, Yay! Anxiety and depression is not something you can get rid of in a day or two, but the willingness to do so is what shakes their walls and will eventually set you free.

I know very well how you feel, not heard, not understood, unneeded, alone, scared, tired... you must understand that you’re loved (it’s simple, we love your beautiful soul, and for that we don’t have to know what kind of a person you’re or what have you done in life) and not alone, we’re here to help and support you!

I love meditating, i also do yoga (I’m a beginner in yoga but it helps a lot), and listen to spiritual talks by Sadhguru.

You should know that your thoughts are working against you, especially the ones’ based on fear, they are deceiving you, feeding off of your sadness and miserableness, they are lies! Life is far more beautiful than negative thoughts make you believe.
