You beautiful people suggested i watch some helpful videos on YouTube, and i did just that.
Yesterday I started watching Sadhguru (for 3 hours lol), and omg I can’t express how much better i feel after listening to him talk about all the stuff i was dealing with, with such a compassion and reason, i think if I continue listening to him everyday i will get better ( at least now i have hope).

YAY! How about this morning? I’m retired so my schedule doesn’t get very full unless I make it. Today I have therapy and some time with a neighbor who just adopted an 8yo Bichon.
I feel very nice tbh, I’m beyond grateful for clarity of my mind, like i can differentiate between negative thoughts and reality now!!! And i want to make myself not fall into the trap of anxiety and depression!
I’m not 100% recovered, fear and anxiety still tries to pollute my mind, but I’m gonna recover from them slowly, I’m on a right path.

I’m glad you’re going to therapy, and hanging out with your neighbor! Interaction with people is very important in order to not lose yourself!
