Some here did not receive a note or Valentine just like me. But to all of you I want to say a belated Happy Valentines day. Anxiety and depression are difficult to handle at times. But if anybody thinks nobody cares I do about all of you we are a Family and as part of this Family you are very important to us all. Also God loves you. Have a talk with him and lay it all out there even the anger and frustration. He wants to hear it all because he cares about you! Take my advice for what it is worth to you but I strongly you lay it all out there, Very important!
