3-4 times a week im going to sleep a feeling of a heart attack chest pain cant breath numb hands fear of dying lasting till morning. anyone similar to this?

done all health checks nothing going on im very healthy 21 years old. i just had a bad experience with drugs the last 2 years and i think this is hitting me really hard now. i think everynight i will die off a heart attack everynight before i go to bed. when sun is out nothing happened.

just the thought that i might not have a good night sleep i start getting difficulty breathing my chest feel tight and all of a sudden im in a bed locked for 4 hrs minimum imagining that im having a heart attack
