It is important to remember that you dont have to put up a facade to placate other people. You need to be yourself and love yourself before others can love you.

I know about self hate, had it up until 40 when I went into therapy. My therapist taught me to like, love and accept myself. It is a wonderful feeling and so freeing. We all need to be true to ourselves and not let others put us down, seek help to get you on the right road. If you are a reader, pick up Dr.Scott Peck's book "The Road Less traveled", it helped me So much, Amazon has it new/used.

I'm actually a bit young to be on here, but I only come here to express my feelings because the people close to me already have enough to deal with. So why should I bug them with my things when I can talk to some people online that went through the same thing and can help me improve my situation.
