Every time I have a worry like for example today I accidentally cut my knuckle on a old face razor that had rust on it and could not shift the idea that I am going to contract tetanus no matter how much I was or disinfect the wound but no matter what I do no matter how I try to rationalise it won’t go away it’s like a squid is sat on my brain and I can’t do anything about until the next squid comes along and I can’t shift that no matter what anyone says no matter how logical I can’t shift the thoughts
