This is specifically for people with Panic Dis/ hypersensitivity/agoraphobia. Wanted to share this video to help finally make that step. Here’s the thing though, we can watch all the videos, read all the books, read all the recovery information that we want. But it does nothing for you if you just stay where you are. Until you actually put this information to use nothing happens. You don’t wake up one day and it’s all magically gone, and you’re your old self again. That first step doesn’t have to be going on a trip to the other end of the U.S. it could simply be taking a shower

For the video click on the white letters title at the top, instead of the play button so it takes you to another page instead of taking up this page

I believe you because of one trigger word: Shower. You know that feeling too, eh? I'm suffering from severe depression, extreme anxiety, panic attacks, etc. I don't take showers very often at all. I just don't care, it means nothing to me. My family is dead, my wife died in January and I don't know how much longer I'm going to be around myself. My health is adequate, though back pain will surely drive me to suicide. I keep saying that if I can get my pain under control then I can plan on other things. But that will never happen. Doctors hate it when patients mention "pain" cause there is so very little that they can do to alleviate it. When it gets to be too much I have a plan in place. No more pain.
