Has anyone tried the Linden Method or Panic Away for anxiety. Thanks. Any advice would be really helpful

Mindfulness is used in the UK now.

I use two different methods Maxwell Technique, and Alexander Technique for relaxation.

I have a few issues with Charles. He claims his way is the ‘only’ way. It is not. Red flag. There’s a course called Panic Away that has the same results and is cheaper.

Be aware of classes that have low numbers as in ‘115,000 helped on 5 continents’. Red flag.

Next, ‘thousands of celebrities’. Who cares what you do when you have anxiety? Does being a celebrity mean you need more help or you’re more important? Red flag.

Lots of red flags. However, I say if other methods haven’t helped and if you have the cash then try it. It won’t hurt you.

Always watch the red flags with any program.

Heard of them never tried it. People I would suggest are Claire Weekes audiobooks on YouTube and two people I follow on YouTube as well. I’ll link them all down below. They all teach on acceptance of anxiety and floating and learning to live your life again doing these methods and stepping out of the avoidance behaviors
