Do snow storms add to anyones depression? Maybe its just me having anxiety being stuck inside

Yes. Winter in general is my hardest time of the year. I hate being cold plus less sunlight. I know it is wrong to wish my life away but if I woke up and it was april... I would not complain, lol

It hurts my body but the amount we generally get in the south of the USA is perfect. I don’t think I’d like the north where they live every day with it.

When we do get a bunch I have to use my blue light more. It’s very understandable. I don’t like not having control. I want to go and do when I say and not be stuck.

Ya Colorado you take a chance with warm or cold weather we don't even put clothes away anymore come season change cause we never know lol

You’re brave. I couldn’t do it. I have to have control over my day (and everything) or my anxiety is out the roof!

I think I would have to have a project to get involved in.

I love winter so I'm not a good one for a reply I guess...is there something you can do indoors to occupy your time.....crafting,knitting,crocheting,painting, drawing, puzzles, etc?

Maybe if you could pick something new up it would help...just a thought...

Im a house cleaner so thats what calms my anxiety i just deeped cleaned my house lol feels great!

I love the snow. I think it's beautiful and peaceful.

Nothing holds me in the house. Unless there's a driving ban I will go out.

I could stay in and look at it all day too.

I don't mind shoveling either. ❄️☃️⛄️

I used to love to shovel...these days my back won't allow it...and yes I can view the beauty of it all day long...

As Dolphin said, the snow is so beautiful and peaceful.

I always make sure that I go outside and enjoy the beauty all

around me. I become one with the snow, someone needs to shovel it xx
