Been there. Don't start drinking. It's takes off with a bang because it feels good temporarily and it could take years to stop. 🙄
Those people you called friends, really were not true friends, true friends do not desert us when we are ill and in need of love and support. I know alcohol seems like fun, the first one is an upper, the rest are downers, been there done that, find something else you like, good music, go for a walk, join a gym if you are religious go to church or read the bible, do some volunteer work, I volunteer at the local library and find it so rewarding. Be good to yourself, believe in yourself, eat a well balanced diet and take B vitamins they are good for the brain, and most important Love Yourself. Write to us here we will give you love and support. Sending Love, courage, strength, joy and happiness with big hugs...Sprinkle 1...
