I’ve suffered for many years for anxiety and depression and the depression gets worse I end up plummeting so I can’t go to work or deal with life I recently stumbled upon a book by Pete Walker complex PTSD from surviving to thriving I am fascinated by how my childhood has truly affected me and the things that I’ve been doing ..it talks about the inner critic and how to relieve that voice in your head and it goes on to give really good ideas to enhance the therapy I’m already doing I would love to recommend this to people struggling who don’t know why they are the way they are ..and And want to have a better life

Hello, it sounds life a great book to read, I read books years ago about the inner child, and yes we do have one, it can be frightened because of abuse suffered in early life, so we carry that baggage around in our adult lives until we learn to address it and throw it out. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Sending love & hugs....Sprinkle 1.....
