That’s how I’ve felt lately. For me it was lack of sleep. Are you getting enough sleep?
Hi, thanks for your reply! I am getting plenty of sleep thankfully.. I just feel irritated by everyone around me, including family and friends. I'm usually a sociable person, so this isn't like me at all. I'm worried it's the start of the slippery slope to anxiety and depression, which I've been plagued with for several years now...
