As we enter into ‘the season”, I think about the sense of dread, stress, and overwhelming emotions that a lot of us will be experiencing. I, personally, am not a fan of this time of year. Consumerism, constant overstimulation, crowds, and the mixed blessing/curse of dealing with people send me to the dark place sooner than other times. I think of those here experiencing similar emotions perhaps for many other reasons. I guess I am requesting that we be here vigilantly for one another! Please know you are in my thoughts. You have given me strength and support and I hope I am able to return that in this season of need.

Puzzled57, I have to agree with you & dreading the stress of this time of the year & being overwhelmed only to make things even more stressful when you suffer from anxiety, depression & panic attacks. I'm having a difficult time being around family & friends & joining in with their conversations & laughing, when my emotions are at an all time low & mine are from health problems. I'll be here to support one another & keeping each of you in my thoughts & prayers! We here are in this together & understand each other! God Bless.❤️🙏🙌🙏❤️

Agree, we need to support each other. That's what being here is all about.
