Considering mental health rehabilitation. I just dont know where to go to get help

Well good job for coming here first as a start. There’s hella people who have resources, so just keep asking and someone qualified will come along. Also 7cups has professionals lurking in each forum, so that’s another good place. Check your insurance to see what facilities are covered. Also get a therapist cause they just know up to date info very well. Hope it helps. Best of luck.

Thank you. I have an appointment with my doc on thursday. I'm going to talk to her about it then.

Brilliant, yeah and don’t think that it’s embarrassing and that they’ll judge you. Doctors literally see the craziest shit, so if i tell mine I’ve had depression/panic attacks, it just doesn’t even register, just another symptom. Also they’re probably thinking about lunch and not judging you for showing vulnerability and asking for help. After a while it just rolls of the tongue, like saying you have allergies.
